RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
Two-component closed-cell polyurethane foam system with high density. The TDS describes limited expansion and applications in soil and rock mass.
For stabilisation, void filling, sealing and reinforcement within the TDS scope.
The two-component polyurethane system forms water-resistant closed-cell foam without shrinkage after curing. Limited expansion and high density support soil stabilisation, void filling, and reinforcement and sealing of dry or wet fractured rock. The sheet also lists structural lifting and levelling.
Assess the structure and work scope before application, prepare boreholes and install packers or lances. Bring both components to +10°C to +30°C. Component temperature affects foaming behaviour and final material density.
Apply with a 2K or 3K pump at 1:1 by volume. Set pressure to suit the structure and intended outcome. Free-rise parameters in the table are laboratory results; conditions beneath a structure may change density and characteristic times.
Clean with PI-Cleaner after work, then preserve with PI-Saver. Store in tightly closed original containers at +10°C to +25°C, protected from moisture and sunlight. Shelf life under these conditions: 6 months.
