RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
Two-component epoxy resin for rigid crack filling in concrete and reinforced concrete. Chemical curing produces a hard bond.
For repairs where the design calls for rigid bonding, and void filling within the scope of the data sheet.

The two-component moisture-resistant epoxy resin forms a rigid filling. Low viscosity and good wetting assist penetration into porous substrates. The sheet states chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance and use for sealing and strengthening concrete and reinforced concrete.
For durable rigid filling of dry cracks in walls, floors and underground structures. Selection for structural repairs should consider the cause of cracking and expected crack movement.
Remove loose material, dust, oil and grease. Drill holes, close the crack face on both sides, clear holes with compressed air and install packers. Mix the supplied components thoroughly at low speed, preparing small batches for prompt use. Apply with a 1K pump from the lowest point. Material, ambient and substrate temperatures must be above +5°C.
Clean the pump with PI-Cleaner after application and during breaks exceeding 10 minutes, then preserve with PI-Saver. Store dry at +5°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging.
