RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
One-component polyurethane system with catalyst for soil consolidation and sealing. Water is required for reaction, producing a hard hydrophobic grout.

The one-component polyurethane system with SoilConsolid CAT requires water to react. It cures into hard hydrophobic grout without shrinkage. Very low viscosity assists soil penetration. Reaction time varies with catalyst, temperature and water content.
For soil consolidation and horizontal or vertical waterproof barriers. Carry out soil analysis and establish the injection objective—stabilisation or sealing—before selecting the technique.
Combine resin with the appropriate SoilConsolid CAT quantity following the sheet. Apply with a 1K pump through equipment suited to the task. The sheet recommends the lowest practical pressure, increasing gradually until resin flow is obtained. Minimum application temperature is +5°C. Packers or lances can be removed afterwards and holes closed with rapid-setting mortar.
Remove liquid residues with PI-Cleaner; flush the pump after work and during breaks exceeding 15 minutes. Store dry at +10°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging.
