RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
One-component polyurethane resin that reacts on contact with water to form a flexible foam. No accelerator is added.
For filling and sealing cracks and joints in concrete and reinforced concrete; the catalogue identifies minor leaks and cracks with small movements.

The one-component resin reacts on contact with water and requires no added accelerator. It forms flexible closed-cell foam. Applications include cracks in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry, construction joints and minor leaks. The flexible seal accommodates small movements and vibration.
The substrate must be sound and free from loose material, dust, oil and grease. Prepare boreholes, seal the crack face with mortar and flush holes with water before installing packers. The sheet recommends stirring the resin with a low-speed mixer.
Apply with a 1K pump, starting at the lowest point of the crack and moving progressively between adjacent packers. Adjust injection pressure to the structure and crack geometry. Material, ambient and substrate temperatures must be above +5°C. Avoid leaving resin in an open pump tank because it absorbs atmospheric moisture.
Clean the pump with PI-Cleaner after application and during breaks exceeding 10 minutes, then preserve with PI-Saver. Store dry at +5°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging.
