Smooth operation and high efficiency, infinitely adjustable pressure. You can set the desired pressure and only open the valve. An unquestionable advantage of the PI-PUMP 4000 is the exceptionally high flow rate, especially useful for quick work on vertical and horizontal insulation. The pump is ready for injection.
Remove uncured polyurethane resin with PI-Cleaner after work and before prolonged breaks. Follow the resin, cleaner and pump instructions, including ventilation and personal protection requirements. Do not let reactive material cure inside the equipment.
After cleaning, use PI-Saver to preserve the pump, seals and valves. It is a maintenance product, not an injection resin thinner. Depressurise the equipment before disconnecting hoses or servicing it, in accordance with the pump manual.
For proper pump operation, regular oil changes are recommended to ensure optimum lubrication levels are maintained
Oil changes:
First change after 100 h of pump operation
Each subsequent change after 200 hours of operation.
The pump is recommended to use special oil PI-PUMP OIL 4000

The pump has two tank variants:
6 l – set with ball valve
2 l – set with an injection gun
Smaller capacity of the tank means smaller amount of resin, thus lower viscosity of the injected resin and longer processing time (resulting from constant pouring of “fresh” resin). The lockable container limits the access of dirt and moisture to the pump.
