RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
Four-component acrylic system for sealing injections. Low viscosity assists distribution; reaction produces a soft, flexible hydrogel.
For curtain injection, water-bearing cracks and injection hoses within the data sheet scope.

The four-component system forms a soft, elastic, viscous hydrogel. Very low viscosity helps it reach fine cracks. Gel volume changes reversibly with moisture: it swells in contact with water and gradually shrinks in dry conditions.
For protection against water and groundwater infiltration, injection of water-bearing cracks in concrete and masonry, curtain injection and injection hoses. Set reaction time to suit temperature, the environment and the time needed to distribute the material.
Prepare the A1+A2 mixture and the B1 (polymer or water)+B2 mixture separately. Feed the prepared mixtures separately through a stainless-steel 2K pump and combine them in the injection head at 1:1. Carry out an on-site trial, checking gel time using equal samples of both mixtures. Maintain leak-tight head channels because cross-leakage can trigger reaction inside the equipment.
Flush the pump and equipment with water during breaks exceeding half the selected reaction time and after application, until clear water emerges. Keep in original, unopened packaging; the sheet gives a shelf life of 12 months from production. Professional application.
