RESINBAU · INJECTION SYSTEMS
Two-component polyurethane-silicate resin for stabilising injections. It reacts rapidly and, according to the TDS, does not foam in moist substrates.
For soil stabilisation, filling and support beneath slabs, and specified structural repair applications.
The two-component polyurethane-silicate system cures rapidly and wets porous substrates well. It tolerates moisture without foaming. Applications include soil stabilisation, filling and stabilisation beneath slabs, sewer connection sealing, and stabilising injection into masonry and other structures.
Assess the structure and substrate before work. Remove contaminants that reduce adhesion, drill suitable holes and install packers or lances. Both components should be at +10°C to +30°C before application.
Apply with a 2K or 3K system at A:B 1:1 by volume. The short working time requires efficient mixing and delivery; pressure depends on the structure and intended result. At +20°C the sheet gives 2 minutes processing time and 15 minutes curing time.
Clean with PI-Cleaner and preserve with PI-Saver after work. Store dry at +10°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging.
