Two-component, low-viscosity flexible polyurethane resin. The components cure chemically without requiring water; slight foaming can occur in its presence.

The two-component polyurethane resin cures without water to form a flexible seal; slight foaming may occur in contact with water. Low viscosity helps fill fine cracks. The material does not shrink during curing or dry out afterwards, and adheres well to concrete and metal.
Applications include dry, damp and wet cracks in walls, floors and underground structures, and injection hoses. In two-stage injection, CrackFlex follows an initial water-stopping resin used to restrict active inflow.
Clean the substrate, drill holes, seal the crack face and install packers. Mix components A and B thoroughly at low speed in a 1:1 volume ratio. Prepare batches that can be used promptly. Apply with a 1K pump or suitable 2K system from the lowest point of the crack; moisture and higher temperatures accelerate reaction.
Clean with PI-Cleaner and preserve with PI-Saver after application and during breaks exceeding 15 minutes. Store dry at +10°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging.
