Water-reactive polyurethane resin with initiator for rapid stopping of active water inflow through cracks and gaps. In two-stage injection it prepares the leak for final flexible sealing.

For active leaks through cracks and gaps in concrete and underground structures. The catalogue describes a first stage before final sealing.

Properties and application scope

The low-viscosity polyurethane resin requires both water contact and the specified initiator. Its reaction forms foam that blocks water inflow. Reaction time is adjusted with initiator dosage; higher temperature and moisture accelerate the process. The sheet states good adhesion to concrete and metal.

Preparation

For cracks and large fissures in walls, floors, concrete and underground structures, including active leaks at high hydrostatic pressure. In two-stage injection it provides the initial water-stopping stage before flexible sealing with CrackFlex.

Application method

The substrate must be sound and free from oil, grease and loose material. Drill and clean holes, seal the crack face with mortar and install packers. Mix resin thoroughly with initiator following the sheet applicable to the supplied material. Apply with a 1K pump from the lowest point through successive packers. Material, ambient and substrate temperatures must be above +5°C.

Cleaning and storage

Clean the pump with PI-Cleaner and preserve with PI-Saver after application and during breaks exceeding 15 minutes. Store dry at +10°C to +30°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production in original, unopened packaging. Intended for professional application.
